Plegadis chihi
Synopsis: Nests in marshy grasslands in southeastern and south-central Oregon. Disperse far from nests while feeding, thus many locations mapped as Possible breeding may not have nesting birds. Most notable are the records from Klamath Lakes area (breeding), and Crook and Malheur Counties (Possibles).
